Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Version: 1.0 — International B2B SaaS Refund Policy
Website: https://ghostwhite-gaur-961313.hostingersite.com
1. Provider Information
This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, trials, setup services, onboarding services, digital services, and related services offered through the Loadum platform and website.
The Service is operated by:
Loadum LLC
192 S 19th Street
Columbus, Ohio 43205
United States
Email: info@loadum.pro
Support: support@loadum.pro
Legal Notices: legal@loadum.pro
2. Business-to-Business Policy
Loadum is a business-to-business software platform. Our services are offered exclusively to businesses, companies, organizations, entrepreneurs, freelancers, agencies, cleaning companies, and professionals acting for business or commercial purposes.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using Loadum, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity and not as a consumer.
This Policy is designed for B2B digital software services. Consumer cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, or return rights do not apply unless mandatory local law states otherwise and such rights cannot be excluded.
3. Digital Service — No Physical Returns
Loadum provides digital software, SaaS subscriptions, CRM tools, booking tools, invoicing tools, communication tools, automations, mobile access, onboarding, support, and related digital services.
Because Loadum does not sell physical goods, there are no physical products to return. Any reference to “returns” in this Policy relates only to digital service access, subscriptions, and paid digital services.
4. General No-Refund Policy
Unless expressly required by mandatory applicable law or agreed in writing by Loadum, all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
This includes, without limitation:
- monthly subscription fees;
- annual subscription fees;
- setup fees;
- onboarding fees;
- implementation fees;
- migration fees;
- training fees;
- custom configuration fees;
- professional service fees;
- add-ons, upgrades, extra users, usage packages, or additional features;
- fees paid after a free trial converts into a paid subscription;
- unused subscription time;
- unused platform capacity;
- inactive accounts;
- early cancellation;
- downgrades during an active billing period;
- failure to use the Service;
- dissatisfaction with business results, leads, bookings, revenue, or profitability.
5. Free Trials
Loadum may offer free trials, promotional access, demo access, or limited test access at its discretion.
The purpose of a free trial is to allow business customers to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
If you provide payment information and do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription. Once a paid subscription begins, the applicable fees are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Loadum may limit, cancel, refuse, or revoke free trials in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, fake information, suspected fraud, repeated trial usage, excessive usage, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings, billing portal, checkout provider, or by contacting support@loadum.pro.
Cancellation stops future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access the paid Service until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for breach, misuse, fraud, non-payment, chargeback abuse, or legal/compliance reasons.
7. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If you cancel a monthly subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused days in the billing period unless required by mandatory law.
8. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the annual subscription term has started.
If you cancel an annual subscription, your cancellation will prevent renewal for the next annual term. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused months or unused features during the active annual term unless required by mandatory law or expressly agreed in writing by Loadum.
9. Setup, Onboarding, Migration, and Professional Services
Fees for setup, onboarding, implementation, configuration, data migration, training, consulting, custom workflows, custom integrations, custom development, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has started.
If work has not yet started, Loadum may, at its sole discretion, approve a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, reserved resources, preparation work, third-party costs, payment processor fees, and administrative costs.
If professional services are delivered in milestones, completed milestones are non-refundable.
10. Custom Development and Custom Configuration
Custom development, custom configuration, custom CRM setup, custom automations, custom forms, custom dashboards, custom integrations, custom booking flows, custom templates, and similar work are created specifically for the customer and are therefore non-refundable.
Loadum does not guarantee that custom work will achieve specific business outcomes, revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, operational savings, or profitability.
11. Add-Ons, Upgrades, and Extra Usage
Fees for add-ons, upgrades, extra users, additional storage, extra usage, premium features, API usage, messaging usage, phone/SMS/WhatsApp usage, payment-related tools, or other usage-based charges are non-refundable once purchased, activated, consumed, or made available.
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless Loadum expressly agrees otherwise. No refunds or credits are provided for downgrading during an active billing period.
12. Payment Processor Fees
Payment processor fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, cross-border fees, bank fees, chargeback fees, and similar third-party fees may be non-refundable.
If Loadum voluntarily approves a refund, the refunded amount may be reduced by non-refundable processor fees, bank fees, currency conversion losses, chargeback costs, tax obligations, or other third-party costs incurred by Loadum.
13. Taxes
Taxes, including VAT, GST, sales tax, digital services tax, withholding tax, or similar charges, may be non-refundable depending on applicable law and tax rules.
If a refund is approved, tax treatment will be handled according to applicable tax law, payment processor rules, and invoicing requirements.
14. No Refunds for Business Results
Loadum provides software and operational tools. Loadum does not guarantee that your business will receive more leads, more bookings, more customers, higher revenue, higher profit, better retention, better staff performance, or specific commercial results.
Refunds are not granted because of lack of business results, lack of usage, change of business plans, lack of staff adoption, dissatisfaction with your own business performance, customer disputes, or failure to implement the system properly.
15. No Refunds for Third-Party Issues
Loadum may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, telephony providers, WhatsApp providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, calendar tools, CRM tools, or other external services.
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by third-party services, including outages, restrictions, account suspensions, API changes, deliverability issues, blocked messages, payment holds, chargebacks, integration limitations, price changes, or policy changes imposed by third parties.
16. Account Suspension or Termination for Breach
If your account is suspended or terminated because of breach of our Terms and Conditions, non-payment, fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, chargeback abuse, spam, security risk, sanctions risk, or violation of applicable law, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
17. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment, you must contact support@loadum.pro within seven (7) calendar days of the charge.
If Loadum confirms that a duplicate charge or billing error occurred, Loadum will issue a correction, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Failure to report a disputed charge within seven (7) calendar days may limit our ability to investigate or correct the issue.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact Loadum first at support@loadum.pro and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Improper chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of your account.
If a chargeback is found to be invalid because the Service was provided or access was made available, you agree to reimburse Loadum for chargeback fees, payment processor penalties, administrative costs, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees where permitted by law.
19. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund review, you must contact support@loadum.pro and provide:
- your company name;
- account email address;
- invoice number or transaction ID;
- date of payment;
- amount paid;
- reason for the refund request;
- any relevant evidence of duplicate payment, billing error, or technical issue.
Loadum may request additional information before making a decision. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
20. Voluntary Refunds
Loadum may, at its sole discretion, approve full or partial refunds, credits, extended access, or other commercial remedies on a case-by-case basis.
Any voluntary refund, credit, discount, or exception granted by Loadum does not waive this Policy and does not create a right to similar treatment in the future.
21. Mandatory Local Law
This Policy applies globally to B2B customers. However, some jurisdictions may provide mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
If mandatory local law requires a refund, cancellation right, withdrawal right, credit, remedy, warranty, or consumer-style protection that applies despite the B2B nature of the transaction, Loadum will comply only to the minimum extent required by such law.
Nothing in this Policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Relationship with Terms and Conditions
This Policy forms part of and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable order form, invoice, checkout terms, Data Processing Agreement, or written agreement.
In case of conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions apply unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
23. Changes to This Policy
Loadum may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
