Please do not book an unsolicited sales or coaching call.

Want to sell Loadum a product, service or integration? Submit it clearly.

This is the central intake for SaaS companies, consultants, agencies, recruiters, technology providers, payment partners and other external vendors. Explain the measurable value, evidence, complete pricing, contract terms and implementation requirements. Loadum reviews submissions internally and contacts vendors only when the offer is relevant.

  • One structured intake instead of repeated calls, DMs and generic follow-ups
  • A unique Vendor ID and documentation score for clear internal review
  • No meeting, purchase, trial or response is promised by submitting the form
No unsolicited sales calls. A submission does not create any obligation for Loadum to reply, schedule a demo, start a trial, purchase a product or enter into a commercial relationship.

Choose the correct route

Selling to Loadum, bringing Loadum business or buying Loadum are three different conversations.

Use the correct intake so vendor offers, partnership opportunities and cleaning-company enquiries do not get mixed together.

Who may submit?

Submissions are open. The review remains selective.

Loadum evaluates vendors by measurable relevance to a cleaning-industry software business—not by pitch volume, repeated follow-up or artificial urgency.

What makes a strong submission

Show business value—not only features and claims.

A reviewable offer answers the core questions before a sales meeting is requested: what problem does it solve, why is it relevant to Loadum, what evidence exists, what does it cost and what work or risk does implementation create?

  • A clear one-sentence explanation with a specific outcome
  • Relevant case studies, metrics, references or technical proof
  • Complete setup fees, recurring costs and minimum commitment
  • Required data, access, engineering time and implementation steps
  • A test, sandbox, demo or proof of concept when appropriate
What makes review difficult

A generic pitch does not become relevant because it gets a meeting.

Incomplete offers create unnecessary follow-up and are deprioritized. Loadum needs the commercial and operational facts before deciding whether a conversation would be useful.

  • No pricing or hidden minimum contract terms
  • No evidence, references or defined implementation method
  • Unrequested calendar links and repeated sales calls
  • Mass outreach with no connection to Loadum or cleaning operations
  • Promises that ignore dependencies, workload, risk or compliance
The difference

From an unsolicited pitch to a reviewable business proposal.

Without a vendor process

  • Unexpected calls with no identified need
  • Different details spread across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
  • No complete pricing or contract information
  • Multiple calls before the value can be evaluated
  • Vendor, partner and customer enquiries are mixed together

With Loadum Vendor Submission

  • The vendor selects the correct category immediately
  • Value, proof, pricing and commitment are captured together
  • A Vendor ID and documentation score are generated
  • The complete proposal can be copied or sent through one channel
  • Loadum decides internally whether a next step is justified
Vendor submission

Submit the complete offer. The system creates a Vendor ID and structured review summary.

The documentation score measures completeness only. It does not measure the quality of the offer, indicate current demand or create any commitment from Loadum.

Pre-qualification

What are you offering Loadum?

Be specific. Generic proposals without transparent pricing, evidence and clear Loadum relevance will not be prioritized.

Review process

How Loadum handles external sales proposals.

1

Submit the offer

Provide the business value, Loadum relevance, evidence, pricing, terms, trial option and implementation requirements.

2

Internal review

Loadum assesses relevance, economics, risk, technical fit, compliance and the current business need.

3

Contact only when relevant

When there is a credible fit, Loadum may request clarification, a demo, technical documentation or a pilot proposal.

4

Written decision

No test, purchase, integration or contract begins without an explicit written agreement from Loadum.

FAQ

Common questions about Loadum vendor submissions.

Can I book a sales call directly?

No. Submit the complete information first. Loadum will contact you when the offer matches a current or credible future need.

Will every vendor receive a response?

No. The submission may be documented internally, but it does not create a right to a reply, meeting, demo, trial or commercial discussion.

Is this also the Loadum Partner Program?

No. Vendors sell a product or service to Loadum. Partners bring customers, market access, integrations or distribution opportunities to Loadum.

Why must pricing and contract terms be included?

An offer cannot be evaluated responsibly without the full cost, mandatory fees, minimum term and cancellation conditions.

What does the Documentation Score mean?

It measures how complete and reviewable the information is. It does not assess vendor quality and is not an indication that Loadum will proceed.

May I follow up by phone?

Please do not repeatedly follow up. When Loadum needs clarification, a demo or commercial discussion, the team will use the contact details provided.

The next step

A strong proposal does not need an unsolicited pitch. It needs clear, reviewable information.

Submit the value, evidence, full pricing, commitment and implementation requirements once. When the proposal is relevant, Loadum can contact you with a focused next step.
