Loadum does not employ, hire, train, supervise, manage, dispatch, verify, background-check, insure, license, control, or guarantee cleaners, employees, contractors, subcontractors, staff members, service providers, or end customers of any Customer.

Loadum is not a party to contracts between Customers and their own customers, leads, cleaners, staff, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, or other third parties. Loadum does not guarantee service quality, pricing, availability, timeliness, job completion, worker conduct, customer satisfaction, payment collection, tax treatment, licensing status, insurance coverage, safety, or legal compliance of any Customer's business operations.

Each Customer is solely responsible for its own business operations and legal compliance, including:

• customer contracts, service terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, deposits, and complaint handling;
• worker classification, employment law, wage and hour obligations, payroll, taxes, workplace safety, and staff notices;
• contractor, subcontractor, and cleaner screening, background checks, insurance, supervision, and licensing;
• privacy notices, consent collection, marketing permissions, do-not-call compliance, opt-outs, and customer communication rules;
• tax invoices, sales tax, VAT, GST, withholding tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payment disputes, and chargebacks;
• compliance with local business, consumer, advertising, e-commerce, labor, telecom, and data protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadum acts as a neutral software, hosting, infrastructure, processor, service-provider, or technical-intermediary provider for Customer-controlled content and does not proactively verify the legality, accuracy, completeness, consent status, employment status, tax status, service quality, or consumer-law compliance of Customer-controlled content or Customer operations.

Where applicable intermediary-service, hosting, platform, or notice-and-action laws impose mandatory obligations on Loadum, Loadum will comply to the extent required by such laws while reserving all rights and defenses available under applicable law.

To the extent the European Union Digital Services Act or similar intermediary-service rules apply to any part of Loadum's services, Loadum designates the following contact point for communications relating to illegal content, platform safety, intermediary-service obligations, or regulatory communications:

Loadum may provide tools that help Customers generate invoices, manage payment records, track customer payments, or connect third-party payment processors. Customers are solely responsible for their own prices, taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, accounting, tax filings, payment disputes, and customer billing practices.

Loadum does not guarantee that the website or Service is lawful, available, suitable, registered, compliant, or supported in every jurisdiction or for every Customer use case.

Access to the Loadum website or services may be restricted, blocked, suspended, or refused where Loadum reasonably believes that access may violate sanctions, export-control laws, anti-terrorism laws, anti-money-laundering rules, payment-processor rules, infrastructure-provider rules, fraud-prevention standards, or applicable legal requirements.
