Loadum may host, store, transmit, process, display, or enable access to Customer-controlled data, messages, files, records, images, notes, booking information, invoices, staff records, customer records, and other operational content. Such content is generally controlled by the relevant Customer, not by Loadum.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadum acts as a neutral software, hosting, infrastructure, processor, service-provider, or technical-intermediary provider for Customer-controlled content and does not proactively verify the legality, accuracy, completeness, consent status, employment status, tax status, service quality, or consumer-law compliance of Customer-controlled content or Customer operations.
Where applicable intermediary-service, hosting, platform, or notice-and-action laws impose mandatory obligations on Loadum, Loadum will comply to the extent required by such laws while reserving all rights and defenses available under applicable law.

Notices should be sufficiently precise and substantiated, including the relevant URL, account, workspace, content location, reason for the notice, legal basis if known, and the sender's contact information. Loadum may require additional information to verify, investigate, or respond to a notice.
This contact point does not create consumer-facing marketplace obligations, trader-verification obligations, alternative dispute-resolution obligations, or platform-classification obligations unless such obligations are mandatory and legally applicable to Loadum.
Advertising, Marketing, and Electronic Communications
Loadum may publish marketing, educational, and product information on this website and may communicate with business contacts where legally permitted. Customers using Loadum to send or manage emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, calls, push notifications, reminders, marketing messages, or other communications are solely responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, electronic-communications, advertising, consent, opt-out, unsubscribe, do-not-call, caller-ID, platform, and privacy laws.
Customer-controlled communications sent, scheduled, triggered, or stored through Loadum are deemed to be communications of the Customer, not of Loadum, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Loadum is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, consent status, recipient list quality, or regulatory compliance of Customer-controlled communications.
Payment, Billing, and Tax Disclaimer
Any pricing, subscription, plan, billing, tax, invoice, payment, discount, trial, cancellation, or refund information displayed on this website is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions, Order Form, checkout terms, payment-processor terms, and mandatory law.
Loadum may provide tools that help Customers generate invoices, manage payment records, track customer payments, or connect third-party payment processors. Loadum is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter, merchant of record, tax advisor, accountant, escrow provider, payroll provider, or financial advisor unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Customers are solely responsible for their own prices, taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding tax, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, accounting, tax filings, payment disputes, and customer billing practices.
